As an Aliyah Encouragement Specialist, you’ll not only provide personalized support to potential Olim but also leverage your social media skills to reach and engage with a broader audience.
Responsibilities
🔹 Crafting compelling social media content to promote the benefits of Aliyah and showcase the vibrant communities and opportunities awaiting newcomers in Israel.
🔹 Managing and growing our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn through strategic planning and creative storytelling.
🔹 Engaging with followers, responding to inquiries, and fostering meaningful discussions about making Aliyah.
🔹 Collaborating with marketing and communications teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive awareness and interest in Aliyah.
🔹 Monitoring social media trends and analytics to optimize content performance and identify opportunities for outreach and engagement both online and in person.
What we’re looking for:
Passion for Israel and a talent for communicating its unique appeal through social media.
✨ Proficiency in social media platforms and tools, with a keen eye for visual storytelling and content creation.
✨ Strong writing skills and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms. ✨ Creativity and innovation to develop fresh, engaging content that resonates with our target demographic.
✨ Experience with social media analytics and reporting to measure the impact of campaigns and inform future strategies.
