Who we represent

Uniting and representing Zionist organisations across Australia

The Zionist Federation of Australia serves as the national roof body for Zionist organisations across the country. We represent more than 200 organisations, institutions and community groups – reflecting the diversity and dynamism of Zionist life in Australia.

State Councils

At the heart of our representative structure are six State Zionist Councils, collectively representing over 200 Jewish organisations across Australia. As the backbone of the Zionist community in each state and territory, they are our key partners in fostering national unity and coordinated action.

Global Partners

The ZFA is proud to serve as the official Australian representative of both the World Zionist Organization and the Jewish Agency for Israel. With a permanent office in Jerusalem, we maintain a direct link to Israel and the global Zionist movement.

Federal Affiliates

We are the trusted national voice for a wide range of affiliates – including youth movements, religious streams, and cultural, sporting, and educational institutions – all united in their commitment to Zionism and Jewish life.

We value our partnerships with grassroots and community-based organisations across Australia, working together to broaden engagement and amplify our collective impact.

Program Partners

Our close collaboration with Keren Hayesod and the UIA, as well as international organisations such as Masa and Birthright, helps connect Australian Jews to Israel through life-changing programs and experiences.
