As the Director of Next Gen Leadership, you will champion the strategic planning, progression, and implementation of all ZFA youth and young adult leadership development initiatives.
This executive-level role is focused on building a wrap-around ‘program of leadership’, to amplify the capability and sustainability of youth and young adult leadership in the Australian Jewish Community.
Working across the Australian Union of Jewish Students (AUJS), Australian Zionist Youth Council (AZYC), Diller Teen Program, and other community-based groups, you are responsible for establishing innovative projects and leadership development opportunities, to embed a culture of adaptive and connected leadership for future generations.

The Director of Operations is a pivotal role within the ZFA, acting as a key leader within the organisation and support person to the CEO. This role involves overseeing the organisation’s operational activities, ensuring effective implementation of programs and events, managing HR and IT processes and contributing to the professionalisation of the organisation.
