Partnership 2Gether Arava Australia is a program of the Jewish Agency and the Zionist Federation of Australia that promotes people to people relationships through cultural, social and educational programs. P2G is part of a global network of over 45 Partnerships that aims to be the central network for the promotion of connection between Jewish communities and developing Jewish Peoplehood. P2G has become the paradigm for successfully partnering global Jewish communities directly with Israeli communities. Australia has been partnered with the Central Arava since 1995.

Building people-to-people connections between the Central Arava and the Jewish community of Australia
We were thrilled to send Adi, as part of our educators' delegation, to volunteer at The King David School ELC in Melbourne last week. Adi's kinder in Moshav Hatzeva is twinned with KDS through our Kinder Twinning Program, linking preschools in the Arava with Jewish ELCs in Australia.

Our delegation had the honour of presenting to a packed room at the Zionist Federation of Australia's Educators' Conference. We offered a personal glimpse into how life as an educator on the Israeli home front has changed.
Highlights:

This gathering embodies the essence of our Partnership: forging connections educator-to-educator, person-to-person, heart-to-heart. After a challenging year, sharing our stories with our Australian counterparts reminds us of the power of unity.
