A Year That Changes a Lifetime
The Diller Teen Fellows Program offers a transformative year-long experience for selected, Melbourne-based Year 9 -11 students passionate about leadership, Jewish identity and global connection.
Each year, up to 20 exceptional Australian teens are selected to join a global cohort of emerging leaders across 32 international communities (link to map page on global website. Through immersive learning, hands-on leadership experiences, and a deep dive into Jewish values, Fellows grow into thoughtful, empowered changemakers.
What the Program Includes
- Regular workshops exploring leadership, identity and community
- Hosting Israeli partnership delegations who visit Australia
- Shabbatons and local seminars to deepen connection and team-building
- Three-week Israel Summer Seminar with peers from around the world
Program Goals
- Strengthen Jewish and Zionist identity
- Develop future community leaders
- Foster commitment to Tikkun Olam (repairing the world)
Who is eligible to apply?
Melbourne-based Jewish students currently in Year 9 or Year 10.
