Preparing the Next Generation of Jewish Leaders
Diller Teen Fellows is a year-long Jewish leadership program designed for year 9 & 10 students who are ready to develop lifelong leadership skills, strengthen their relationship with Judaism and Israel, build connections with like-minded Israeli teens, and contribute to their local and global community. With 3,500 graduates, Diller is one of the leading and most sought-after programs globally.
We’re excited for you to be a part of it!
The year-long Diller experience includes:
- fortnightly workshops
- Three Shabbatonim (weekend retreats)
- An opportunity to host an Israeli teen for 10-days in March 2021, and a 3-week Israel trip during July 2021.
We encourage teens of all backgrounds including race, socioeconomic, gender identity, sexual identity, ethnicity, Jewish identity, etc. to apply!

“Through Diller, I got to lead in a safe environment multiple times and it gave me the opportunity to make mistakes and when I really need to lead in the future I know what to look out for and what I should be doing.”Shoval Cohen, Diller Teen Fellow 2020
“ As a cohort, we explored the four pillars of the program, Leadership, Jewish Identity, Tikkun Olam, Community Service, and Israel, all of which we have accomplished successfully. Along with that, we learned about how to turn a mere one-sided conversation into a proper dialogue, and most important of all, we learned about each other. For example, even though many of us come from different communities we all highly value the same morals and ethics.”Eliav Roth, Diller Teen Fellow 2020
